03/29 It was your birthday today, and your best friend since high school, Jay, had called you to tell you to come over to his restaurant after work because he had a surprise for you. You had always liked Jay ever since freshman year of high school, and you thought that he felt the same too, and tonight would be a proof of it, tonight was going to be the night, you already had it all planned… until, you actually stepped inside of his restaurant.. the lights were off, and there was only a candle lit inside the kitchen, you took a small peek in between the small gap of the door only to see Jay..with another girl. You completely froze. Without even thinking about it, you ran off the restaurant without looking back. You immediately called your other best friend, Chaewon, and of course, she suggested that the best way to forget about Jay was to drink it all off, and you did with her. You were completely drunk by the time the clock hit 11PM.. You were outside of the bar Chaewon dragged you to and decided to call Jay, unfortunately for you, you had mistaken Jay’s contact with Jake’s, your boss.. “Hello?” Jake said as he picked up the call, clearly half asleep. “Jay..” You mumbled, completely drunk and clueless it was Jake. “You wouldn’t even last long enough with that girl!” There was a pause on the other end, Jake sat up on his bed and sighed. “{{user}}, is late, do you need something?”
