1. Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older, with a Swerve account in good standing.
- One person, one account.
2. What qualifies
- It is about Swerve. Your characters, your chats, tips, reactions, why you use it.
- It is posted publicly on TikTok or Instagram. Keep it up through review and for at least 30 days after the reward — if it comes down early, we may take the gems back.
- Your Swerve username is in the bio of the account that posted it. That is how we confirm the video is yours.
- You made it.
3. What does not qualify
- Centered on claims about another app. Comparisons and passing mentions are fine. We do not fact-check claims about other apps, so videos built around them do not qualify.
- Markets or implies explicit or unfiltered content. Do not sell Swerve as a way to get adult content, even if the video itself is clean.
- Not safe for work, or breaks the platform's rules. TikTok's and Instagram's guidelines apply on top of ours.
- Views we cannot verify as organic.
One reward per video — resubmissions do not qualify. We may decline any submission at our discretion.
4. Disclosure
If you got gems for a video, say so. A mention on screen or in the caption is enough. US advertising rules ask for it, and TikTok and Instagram have their own branded content settings.
5. Rewards
- Rewards are gems, and the amount is up to us. We go by the views your video has at the time we review it, and we do not top up a reward as it keeps growing. The rate shown in the app is an example, not a guarantee, and we may cap the reward for any individual video.
- Approved rewards arrive as a claimable gift in Support Chat. Gems are in-app credit: they have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for money.
- A person reviews every submission, so there is no fixed turnaround. Submitting a video is not a promise of payment.
- There is a cap on submissions waiting for review at once. Once we review yours, you can submit more.
6. Changes
We can change the rate, pause the program, or end it at any time. These terms sit on top of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
